CEMETERY IN AREA OF POWER PLANT
MADISON COURIER-JANUARY 21, 1953
Small private cemetery excavated for the construction of the Clifty Creek Power Plant (IKE) and moved to Bayless Cemetery.
The burial ground was situated on the Cooke farm at the south side of the small pump house where water is obtained for Clifty Inn. Pumping station also to be moved.
Was a burial ground for the Lund, King and Esterline families.
